Neon Frenzy - Build 4

WASD to move. Space to shoot lazers.

This build added a player sprite, the ability to shoot (not fully functional) and health/health bars (also not fully functional).

To do list:

• Fix shooting & health/healthbars
• Add enemy tracking
• Implement UI/Start menu
• Add all the levels for final build.
